The terms, in plain words

By using Suite Odds or sending a report, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What Suite Odds is

A place where cruisers share what they bid in upgrade auctions and what happened, and where anyone can see what those reports add up to. Suite Odds is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any cruise line. Program names are used only to describe the programs they belong to. We never book anything, never bid for you and take no payments: every bid happens on the cruise line’s own site.

Estimates, not promises

Every figure comes from reports sent in by people like you, and shows how many reports it rests on. A figure is an estimate, not a guarantee of what any bid will do, and not financial advice. What you bid, and whether it wins, is between you and the cruise line.

Your reports

• Report what really happened, to your own bid or to a bid you made with the people you sailed with.
• Do not put anyone's name, booking number or other personal details anywhere in a report.
• Do not send reports by script or in bulk, except through tools Suite Odds itself offers for that.

When you send a report, you let Suite Odds publish it, without your email, and use it in figures built from many reports, for as long as the site runs and at no cost. We may flag, hide or remove a report that looks mistaken or abusive. If you want a report of yours taken down, write to [email protected].

Using what you find here

You are welcome to quote a figure from Suite Odds for your own or your readers’ use, as long as you name Suite Odds and give the number of reports behind it. Please do not copy the site’s data wholesale.
